What Is a Masti Agency?

A Masti Agency is an officially registered business entity on the Masti live video chat platform. As an agency owner, you recruit and manage host anchors who earn beans through video calls, gifts, and match income.

Your commission is calculated as a percentage of your entire team's weekly earnings — so the more hosts you have and the better they perform, the higher your weekly income.

Additionally, you can recruit sub-agencies and earn a percentage of their income too — creating a multi-level income structure with unlimited growth potential.

Commission Structure

Agency Commission Classes

Your commission rate is determined by the total weekly earnings of all your anchors (basic income + match bonus combined). Higher team earnings = higher your commission class.

Weekly Bonus Note: Level S hosts earn the agency a $2–$3 bonus per host, and Level A hosts earn $1–$2 per host. Bonuses are sent in beans every Monday or Tuesday to both the host and agency accounts.

Agency A has 2 sub-agencies: B and C.

• Sub-agency B earns 50,000 beans this week → Agency A earns 50,000 × 10% = 5,000 beans
• Sub-agency C earns 500,000 beans this week → Agency A earns 500,000 × 15% = 75,000 beans
• Total sub-agency commission for Agency A = 80,000 beans

This is in addition to the direct anchor commissions Agency A earns from its own hosts.

To maintain your agency status on Masti and protect everyone in your network, all agencies must follow these guidelines.

Be Responsible for Anchor Behavior

As an agency, you are accountable for how your anchors conduct themselves on the platform. Ensure all hosts follow Masti community guidelines.

Recruit New Anchors Only

You must recruit new anchors from other apps — poaching existing Masti anchors from other agencies is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate suspension.

Minimum Active Anchor Count

Your agency needs over 10 active anchors (daily working hours ≥ 1 hour) with at least 10 hosts working weekly. Falling below this threshold for one month may result in agency dismissal.

Minimum Salaried Anchor Income

Agencies with fewer than 10 anchors earning a minimum of 50,000 beans per week after their first month on Masti risk dismissal. Dismissed agency anchors may choose to join other agencies.

No Competing Platform Promotion

Agencies are strictly prohibited from promoting other live chat or video apps within the Masti platform. Violations result in immediate agency cancellation.

Agencies must protect and uphold Masti's brand reputation. Encourage hosts to work professionally and follow all platform rules consistently.

How many anchors do I need to maintain my agency?

You need at least 10 active anchors (working ≥1 hour daily) active weekly. Additionally, within your first month, you need 10 anchors each earning at least 50,000 beans per week. Falling short may lead to agency dismissal.

How is my agency commission calculated?

When do I receive my agency commission?

Your commission class is updated every Monday. Once earnings are credited to your account, you can withdraw daily as long as your balance is at least 50,000 beans (approximately $5). The amount must be a multiple of 5.

Can I have sub-agencies under me?
