Statistics run Monday–Sunday (GMT+8).

Your commission class is updated every Monday based on the previous week's team performance. Once updated, you can withdraw your commission daily as long as your balance meets the minimum withdrawal threshold of 50,000 beans (≈$5).

No. This is strictly forbidden. You must recruit new anchors who are not currently on the Masti platform. Poaching existing Masti anchors from other agencies will result in an immediate ban and suspension of all your agency salaries.

Agencies need over 10 active anchors (daily working hours ≥1 hour) active weekly. If your agency has fewer than 10 salaried anchors (earning min 50,000 beans/week) after one month on Masti, your agency may be dismissed and anchors can choose to join other agencies.

The sub-agency program allows you to recruit other agencies under your umbrella. You earn 10–30% of each sub-agency's weekly income (depending on their earnings level), creating an additional passive income stream on top of your direct anchor commissions.

Masti requires hosts to be 18–35 years old. The platform is designed for young, presentable anchors who can engage professionally with users. Unqualified applicants (outside this age range or not meeting appearance standards) will not be approved.

Call prices range from 800 to 1,300 coins per minute. New hosts start at lower prices and can unlock higher prices as their level increases. Hosts can set their own price within this range based on what they think their callers can afford.

Peak hours on Masti are 9:00 PM – 1:00 AM India Standard Time (IST), which is 11:30 PM – 3:30 AM Singapore Time. During these hours, user traffic is highest, resulting in more incoming calls, more match opportunities, and generally higher gift income.

No. Each anchor is allowed only one Masti ID. Operating more than one Masti account simultaneously is strictly prohibited. If detected, all related income from both accounts will be removed permanently.

Match income is earned when Masti's algorithm matches you with a random user for a spontaneous video conversation. You earn a guaranteed 500 coins per minute of matched conversation — regardless of gifts or call charges. It's one of the most reliable income streams on the platform.

You can withdraw every day as long as your withdrawable balance is ≥$5 (50,000 coins/beans). Masti supports daily self-withdrawal with real-time transfer to your bound wallet or bank account.

The minimum withdrawal is $5, which is equivalent to 50,000 Masti coins/beans. The withdrawal amount must also be a multiple of $5. Any remainder below the multiple is carried over to your next withdrawal.

Once you initiate a withdrawal, the amount is transferred to your bound wallet or bank account in real time. There's no waiting period — this is one of Masti's key advantages over platforms with weekly or monthly payout schedules.

10,000 Masti coins (beans) = $1 USD. So 500 coins = $0.05, 100,000 coins = $10, and 1,000,000 coins = $100. This exchange rate is fixed and applies to both hosts and agencies.

If a caller requests a refund via Google Play or other payment methods, the corresponding coin amount will be deducted from the related host's earnings. This reinforces the importance of genuine, professional interactions to avoid disputes.

Masti's weekly base pay rewards consistent hosts with bonus payments regardless of total earnings — no minimum earning target. Level S hosts get $15 and Level A hosts get $10 per qualifying week. To qualify, hosts must complete 5 valid days, 120 min peak work/day, 240 min total work/day, >90% call answer rate, and >80% text respond rate.

All weekly bonuses are sent in beans (coins) every Monday or Tuesday to both the host account and the agency account. The bonus week runs from Monday 00:00 AM to Sunday 11:59 PM (India Time).

When a host qualifies for the Level S weekly bonus, the agency earns $2–$3 per qualifying host (depending on the agency's commission class). For Level A qualifying hosts, the agency earns $1–$2 per host. This is in addition to the standard percentage commission on earnings.

Users can send animated gifts to hosts during calls or live broadcasts. Gift prices range from 99 to 299,999 coins. The full gift coin value is credited to the host's account (minus platform fees). Popular, engaging hosts receive significantly higher gift income due to stronger viewer relationships.

There is no fixed earnings cap on Masti. Host income scales with work hours, engagement level, call quality, gift income, and number of match minutes. Agencies can scale earnings by growing their team — higher team earnings automatically unlock higher commission percentages.
